Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all relations between the Seller and any person making a purchase on the site (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Availability

Our products—lifestyle objects made of wood and noble materials, designed for the art of living, streetwear, and festival spirit—are described with the greatest possible precision. The visuals are non-contractual, and slight variations in color or rendering may exist depending on the screen. As stocks are limited, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw or modify a product at any time without prior notice.

3. Order and Contract Formation

The ordering process includes: product selection, cart validation, payment, and then email confirmation. The sales contract is considered formed only after receipt of the order confirmation by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of proven fraud, ongoing dispute, or manifest error in pricing.

4. Prices, VAT, and Fees

Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR), all taxes included, according to the Customer's browsing preference. Applicable delivery fees are clearly indicated before payment validation.

Orders to the European Union: In the vast majority of cases, no customs duties or additional taxes apply. In exceptional cases of shipping from Switzerland, any customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient Customer.

5. Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify and its certified payment partners. Accepted methods include credit card and digital payments, subject to availability. The Seller does not store any complete banking data—this information is processed exclusively by our certified providers.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped according to stock availability and the delivery address. Indicated delivery times are approximate. Complete details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Transfer of risk:

Switzerland: In accordance with Article 185 of the Code of Obligations (CO), risks are transferred to the Customer upon conclusion of the contract.
European Union: Risks are transferred to the Customer upon effective receipt of the package.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned in its original, unused condition, with its packaging intact. Consumers in the European Union benefit in any case from the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The following cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene or personalization:

personalized items or items made to specific order;
unsealed items whose nature does not allow return for hygiene reasons.

8. Warranty and Defects

The Seller applies the legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with applicable legislation. Any manufacturing defect must be reported in writing, with photographic proof, within 7 days of receipt of the package. Normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, as well as damages caused voluntarily or resulting from improper maintenance are not covered. Depending on the case, the Seller may offer repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be held responsible for improper use of the product by the Customer, indirect or immaterial damages, nor for a delivery delay beyond its control.

10. Personal Data

Data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Some data may be transmitted to third parties strictly within the framework of delivery or payment processing. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-fulfillment of its obligations in case of force majeure, including natural disaster, fire, strike, pandemic, carrier failure, or any other major logistical event beyond its control.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the exclusive legal venue is the Commercial Court of Annecy, France, subject to the imperative rights enjoyed by European consumers.

13. Loyalty Program and Promotional Games

13.1 A free loyalty program, with no purchase obligation, is offered to Customers, in the form of points called "vibes," associated with the Customer's email address.

13.2 Acquiring vibes: 1 CHF/EUR spent = 1 vibe, multiplied according to the loyalty tier reached (Bronze x1, Silver x1.25, Gold x1.5, Diamond x2); birthday bonus (100 vibes/year); sponsorship (100 vibes for the sponsor, 50 for the sponsored person on their first order); product review (25 vibes); Mystery Box: variable points depending on the lot obtained, automatically credited to the account associated with the email address used to play.

13.3 Value and exchange: vibes can be exchanged for free delivery (50 vibes), 5 CHF/EUR discount (100 vibes), 10 CHF/EUR discount (200 vibes), or 25 CHF/EUR discount (500 vibes). Discount codes resulting from an exchange are valid for 90 days. The vibes balance is reset to zero after 12 months of account inactivity.

13.4 Free games (Wheel of Fortune, Mystery Box): access is free, with no purchase obligation, limited to one participation per person (identified by their email address) and per game. The Seller reserves the right to invalidate any fraudulent or duplicate participation (multiple accounts, bots). The Wheel of Fortune awards a unique discount code, valid for 14 days, applicable to the entire cart except for items already on sale. Benefits from the loyalty program and games are not cumulative with each other or with another promotional code on the same order.

13.5 The Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate, at any time and without prior notice, the loyalty program and games offered, without this entitling to compensation, subject to the preservation of rights already acquired at the time of modification.
