At Chillvibes, we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Here is all the information regarding shipping.
1. Delivery Zones
- Switzerland (standard and express delivery);
- all of the European Union (France, Germany, Belgium, and other member countries);
- international outside the EU, depending on feasibility — contact us for any specific destination.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping is handled by recognized carriers (Swiss Post, La Poste, DHL, and other partners). A tracking number is systematically provided.
3. Delivery Rates
🇨🇭 Switzerland — CHF 8.50 (standard with tracking) · Free for purchases over CHF 49.—.
🇫🇷 France — 7.50 EUR (standard with tracking) · Free for purchases over 49 EUR.
🇩🇪 Germany — 15 EUR (standard with tracking) · Free for purchases over 49 EUR.
🇪🇺 Europe — 17 EUR (standard with tracking) · Free for purchases over 49 EUR.
🌍 Rest of the world — 30 EUR, rate calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. All shipments are tracked.
4. Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied for purchases over CHF 49.— (Switzerland) or 49 EUR (France, Germany, and other EU countries).
5. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email, containing your tracking number and link, will be sent to you as soon as the package is handled by the carrier. For any questions, please write to us at info@chillvibes.ch.
6. Unclaimed, Refused, or Incorrect Address Package
Any package returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal without valid justification will result in, at our discretion: re-shipment (costs borne by the Customer) or a partial refund after deducting outbound shipping, return, and handling fees. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address.
7. Careful Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport.
8. Loss, Damage, or Carrier Dispute
In case of a lost package or damage upon delivery, report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to info@chillvibes.ch, attaching photos of the packaging and contents. A compensation procedure with the carrier will be initiated as soon as possible.
